Radical Change

Recently during one of my coaching sessions, my client asked me đŸ€””Preeti, how can I make Radical Change in my behaviour?”
This is not the first time I have heard such a question.😀

People are interested in making huge leaps, big impact, massive shifts.

But my answer is quite simple: The Compound Effect.📈

Allow me to explain. 

The Compound Effect is nothing but making a series of small, smart choices every day. 

Once you complete them consistently daily, over time it will result in Radical Changes.🏆

For example, if you are on a path of losing weight, working out for 3 hours every day or starving yourself will not produce Radical Change.

That will happen only when you make small but smart choices consistently. 

This consistency in small actions will over a period of time show up as Radical Change.

❌But most people have this all backward. 

They think that only Radical Action will lead to Radical Changes.

While it may be true in some cases, but consistency is the name of the game.

You may not be able to keep up with Radical Actions forever.

✅The Compound Effect is the only way you can achieve Radial Change without burnout or getting demotivated and giving up altogether. 

This is my secret and I apply it to all aspects of my life.
